Michelle, My Daughter

This is "The Boo". I know everyone says that their kids are the best but I can honestly say that Michelle truly is one the best kids ever. Life didn't start easily for "Meesh". Michelle suffered from intense reoccurring bouts of infant and childhood bronchitis, asthma, and pneumonia that would last for weeks on end and often require long periods of hospitalization. If that wasn't enough, she also experienced a sinus hemorrhage when she was about seven, losing an extreme amount of blood very quickly, leading to 100 mph+ ambulance ride in the middle of the night and another long hospital stay. Still,  Michelle fought through them all.

Michelle is a remarkable talented artist in many ways. First, she draws Japanese Anime and sells a considerable amount of her artwork through commission. She also designs and builds her own costumes, everything from cloth based recreations of her favorite Anime characters, to intensely detailed full-body costumes made from fiberglass, cloth, and god-knows-what-other materials she can lay her hands on.

Messh is now a second year fine arts student at one of the finest art colleges in the world, Cincinnati's own D.A.A.P (Design, Art, and Architectural Planning) College, based out of the University of Cincinnati. A member of the honors program, Michelle made the deans list her entire first year at D.A.A.P.
